Introducing the ESO RECYCLE Program

At Esottera, we believe in caring for creation and using our resources wisely. Our ESO RECYCLE program is a way for you to extend the life of your clothing, reduce waste, and participate in responsible stewardship.

What is the ESO RECYCLE Program?

When you purchase an Esottera clothing item, you can choose to participate in the ESO RECYCLE program by agreeing to:

  1. Care for your item for one year

    • Use the lowest water-consuming wash cycle available and air-dry or use a gentle tumble-dry method.

  2. Notify us of your participation

    • Email us with your order details so we can track your participation. We’ll also send a reminder close to the one-year mark.

  3. Return your item after one year

    • Shipping costs will be covered and deducted from a gift card equal to 30% of the original purchase price.

  4. Receive a gift card

    • After we receive your returned item, you’ll receive a gift card to shop Esottera. The gift card does not expire.

By joining the ESO RECYCLE program, you help:

  • Reduce the amount of textiles sent to landfills, especially recycled polyester items that take hundreds of years to decompose

  • Contribute to a circular system where your clothing is recycled or repurposed into new products

How Your Item is Used

Returned items are donated to clothing recycling organizations across the U.S. or repurposed in-house. Materials may be transformed into new products, extending their usefulness and reducing environmental impact.

Returning Items Early

If you need to return an item before the one-year period, we still accept it outside of the 30-day return policy.

  • Shipping costs are your responsibility

  • You’ll receive a $15 gift card (non-expiring) toward a new purchase

Every returned item is part of a larger effort to reduce waste and care for creation responsibly.

Caring for creation is a daily responsibility we all share. By participating in the ESO RECYCLE program, you help reduce waste, conserve resources, and set an example of thoughtful, values-driven living.

*In order to be eligible for the program you must maintain the product as specified above… this conserves energy and water and helps the environment. In addition to conserving water and energy, maintaining the item and keeping it for a year reduces the amount of clothing put into landfills. This is especially beneficial for our recycled polyester material products which take hundreds of years to biodegrade when sent to landfills. 

Upon receipt of your item we donate it toward clothing recycling organization’s across the US which will take the items and create new products using the materials or will repurpose or resale the item in-house
